At Shree Padmavati Jewellers, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction with every purchase made through our official website, www.shreepadmavatijewellers.com. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, we offer a refund policy for your convenience.

Please note: This refund policy is applicable only to purchases made through our official website and is not applicable to purchases made at any of our physical retail stores or via third-party marketplaces.


 

Refund Policy Terms & Conditions:

Return Period:

  • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • You may choose to return the product during this time for a refund if you are not satisfied.

Conditions for Refund:

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of product delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition with:

    • Original packaging

    • Insurance certificate (if provided)

    • Original invoice

    • Product certificate

  • Refunds are not applicable on:

    • Gold coins

    • Silver articles

    • Gold Rakhi

    • Watches

    • Products marked as Custom OrdersSmart Buy (Made to Order)engraved or personalized items

    • Gift cards

    • Purchases made with promotion codes or discount coupons

  • This policy is exclusively valid for purchases made on www.shreepadmavatijewellers.com.

 


 

Return Process:

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at: care@shreepadmavatijewellers.com with your order details.

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.

  3. You will be provided with a “Return Packaging Kit” to securely return your item.

  4. Create a packing video showing the condition of the product while packing it. Send this video along with your order number via WhatsApp to +91 [Your WhatsApp Number].

  5. Once packed, we will arrange a courier pick-up. Keep a note of the airway bill number provided by the courier for tracking.

Note: The return process may take approximately 7 to 10 working days.

If courier pick-up is not available in your area:

  • You may send the item through your preferred insured courier service.

  • Ensure that you retain tracking details.

  • Once we receive the package and it passes quality inspection, we will:

    • Refund the product amount

    • Reimburse your courier charges

  • If the product fails quality check (QC), we will notify you, and you will be required to claim damages from your courier service provider.

 


 

Refund Timeline:

  • Once the product is received and approved by our QC team, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method/account used for the order.

  • We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to any other bank account.

Note: Customized jewellery is not eligible for replacement. Any damage due to mishandling may only be repaired, not refunded.
